Postpartum Doula Package

This service will be tailored to the individual needs of the family but can include:
- Meal preparation
- Watching the baby while mom/partner rest
- Looking after other children while mom/partner rest
- Light housework
 
The 4th trimester is not discussed as much but is a crucial time for mom to heal, rest, and bond with baby. Let me help nurture you during this time as you nurture your precious Little One!
