We will cover: -Building confidence in your body’s ability to give birth -Learn alternative labor positions, relaxation, and breathing techniques -Ways to incorporate your partner for support -How to labor naturally with NO medication or less interventions (if desired) -Discuss any fears you may have around labor -Preparing your home/other children for baby -Education on reducing labor risks (especially for black mothers) *Class can be split into 2 sections if needed
